WDC format
Line 1: from the 9th position - Observatory name and the lower limit of the disturbance amplitude for K = 9 in nT.
Line 2: 1 - 3 positions - Observatory code.
Line 3: 1 - 4 i4 Year.
6 - 7 i2 Month.
9 - 10 i2 Day.
13 - 15 i3 Day of the year.

Then each new month begins with the 2nd line.
A missing value is identified by “-1”.
